DOWN IN A HOLE

I look outside to find

a picture of you drawn in the sky

and it’s you that i find

and its not that i try

for every star in the sky

there is a freckle in your body

Connect the dots and you’l see

It’s you and me

it’s meant to be

the stars and the sky

they smile to your eyes

follow the path to your heart it’s paved by the clouds

freckles in your arms

they lead to mine.
